Budget PC Operating Policy Update
Dear Customers,Due to the current covid-19 situation continually evolving in Victoria, the health and safety of Budget PC employees, clients and customers remain our top priority.
To ensure that we continue to adhere to best-practice health and safety protocols and follow government recommended guidelines, we have made decisions as below:
To manage and minimise uncertainty, we are closing shop front and showroom for any visiting and consultation.
NON-CONTACT CLICK & COLLECT
Mount Waverley store will be only available for non-contact click & collect service.
Heatherton store will be closed from 13 July 2020 till further notice.
Due to limited staff attending phone enquire and support, we have integrate online live chat support on our website. This will help to consolidate all inquiries by reducing wait time and help to improve our customer service experience.
CONSULTATION & SUPPORT
We are doing everything possible to keep orders despatch up to date, however our courier partners are experiencing high network demand for parcel post and impact delivery delays across Australia and some area experiencing significant delivery delays.
PLEASE NOTE: To minimise the risk of spreading or contracting coronavirus, signatures will not be required for parcel delivery. Our courier partners will be processing all deliveries as an ATL (Authority to Leave) transaction. This means the parcel will be left in a safe place at the delivery address, and a photo will be taken of the item at the door. If the courier cannot deliver the package to a safe place, they will leave a calling card with further instructions. In this instance, the parcel will be dropped in to a local Parcel Connect outlet for collection at a convenient time, or returned to the nearest depot for redelivery.
Due to current situation, we are experiencing a high volume of enquiries which resulting delays getting through to our customer service team.
CUSTOMER SERVICE DELAYS
Our team continue to work tirelessly under difficult circumstances, so we’re asking everyone to be kind and treat our team with courtesy and respect. Aggressive and abusive behaviour will not be tolerated.
We’d like to thank our customers and teams for their patience and understanding as we work through this challenging period.
